Pricing

We try to keep our price list up to date. However, prices are not guaranteed; call our office to confirm rental pricing.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. The minimum charge for delivery is $55.00. Normal Delivery & Pickup hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Outside the specified hours, arrangements can be made for Delivery & Pickup for an additional charge.

A special order processing charge will be made for all orders placed after 3:00pm on the day prior to the day the item is to be received by the customer. A special courier charge will also be made for any of these orders that require delivery.

You are more than welcome to pick up your rental items at our showroom by appointment. All orders to be picked up should be placed at least 3 hours in advance however; we will always try to accommodate you if at all possible.

Deliveries are made to any dock, garage or door readily accessible to our trucks. For pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same place and manner in which they were delivered.

Setup & Teardown

We can also setup and break down tables and chairs, etc., for an additional charge of 25% of rental total. Advance arrangements should be made for this service.

Prior to Pickup or Return

All china, glassware, utensils, etc., should be refuse-free and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse-free to prevent mildew and staining. Additional charges are made when extraordinary cleaning is required. Never place linens in a plastic bag.

Your Responsibility

Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from time of pickup/delivery to return/pickup. Additional charges will be made for damaged items and shortages. Certain items like wood tables and chairs cannot get wet.
