How much is your delivery charge?

Delivery charges start at $55.00 for round trip and cover most of the valley. If you live in surrounding areas, call for a quote on delivery pricing.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

You should place your reservation as soon as you are sure of the time & date of the event.

Can I change my reservation later on?

Of course, as long as items are available.

What about security deposits?

A 50% Deposit is required for most reservations.

Do I need to be home when you deliver or pick up?

Yes, in most cases, someone over 18 needs to be home to sign the contract and pay the driver. No one needs to be home for pick up, as long as goods are secure and any gate is unlocked, and there are no dogs loose.

Do you set up equipment?

We can set up the equipment for an additional charge. Normally, when we deliver, we will bring the items to the area where they are going to be used. Some items such as canopies, dance floors, and heaters will be set up.

When do you deliver?

Generally, we deliver one day at a time of your choosing and pick up the next day. We deliver and pick up 7 days a week. Of course other arrangements can be made.

Do you charge sales tax?

Not on rentals, only on purchase items.

Do I have to wash the linens?

No, but please no cigarette burns or candle wax.
